A mobile massage referral checklist for High Desert law offices
The practical details to coordinate before a personal injury client's mobile massage appointment: contact, location, scheduling and payment arrangements.
A mobile appointment gives a personal injury client one fewer journey to arrange. For a law office coordinating a referral, the useful next step is a clear conversation about the visit: who to contact, where the session will take place and what needs to be agreed before a time is reserved.
NAZ Muscle Therapy provides mobile massage with Arman Nazarian, Certified Massage Therapist, CAMTC #78810, across the High Desert and Rancho Cucamonga. This checklist is for planning an appointment with Arman.
1. Establish the point of contact
Start with the referring person's name, law firm and callback number. Confirm with the client who should coordinate the visit and whether Arman should contact them directly. Keep the first inquiry brief; there is no need to put a detailed injury history or case file in an ordinary text message or online booking form. Discuss any further information and how to share it directly with Arman.
2. Describe the appointment location
Provide the city and proposed service location. Mobile visits can take place at a residence, retirement community or care facility where permitted. Before confirming a facility appointment, check visitor requirements, access hours and who can authorize the visit. Mention stairs, parking instructions and any arrival arrangements. These details help prevent a scheduling problem on the day.
3. Confirm the payment arrangement first
NAZ welcomes direct-pay personal injury clients and appointments on a lien basis through a prior attorney arrangement. A referral does not by itself establish a lien agreement. Contact Arman before booking to discuss the arrangement, charges and required paperwork. Avoid assuming that a proposed session or travel charge has already been approved by everyone involved.
4. Match the appointment to the calendar
Appointments are available daily from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. Pacific, subject to availability. Explain the client's preferred days and any facility access limits. For attorney-lien visits, arrange the details with Arman first. Direct-pay clients can book a 60-minute session online with at least three hours' notice; 90- and 120-minute sessions are arranged by call or text.
5. Check the full visit price
Direct-pay session prices are $100 for 60 minutes, $150 for 90 minutes and $190 for 120 minutes. The first 30 straight-line miles from the fixed Victorville 92395 pricing center are included. Beyond that radius, travel is $1.50 per additional mile, charged once per visit. Use the service-area calculator to see the session price and travel fee together, then confirm the visit details with Arman.
